The announcement of the press office of Facebook shows a particular scenario: manual maneuvers to avoid long, from now on you can leave it to the system, which, with its algorithms evaluate the frequency and suggest activities and those who move from friends (those are tight marked by a yellow star) to mere “acquaintances”.
One category, the latter, that includes those who attended our own school, those closest geographically, relatives, colleagues. It edges that you can customize and update automatically based on the information shared. But Facebook has ventured more and created an automatic prompter that did say, jokingly, to TechCrunch: “Do not be afraid, if you are good friends”
Because the instrument will appear next to the lists of friends: just click on “friends” and then “displays all the suggestions”. In doing so, the system will suggest those who move from a short list that most suitable to the type of relationship, with the consequence that appear less in the news feed on the homepage.
The goal of the customization of the feeds, its cleanliness, it was already clear with personal lists, and other tricks that a few months now characterize the new look of the site. Now the prompter could automatically become an oracle on the quality of our friendships.
